With over 25 years of comprehensive experience across the construction, real estate, and financial markets, Mr. Nalin Perera is a distinguished leader and entrepreneur. As the Founder and Managing Director of Agtra Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, he has been instrumental in steering the company’s strategic growth and diverse developments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Perera has played pivotal roles in numerous development initiatives, collaborating with both listed and unlisted entities within the real estate and construction sectors. He currently oversees operations as Managing Director of two prominent subsidiaries, Ceylon Cinnamontra (Pvt) Ltd and Cinnamontra Lake Resorts (Pvt) Ltd. Prior to founding Agtra Holdings, he served as Managing Director of Myland Developments PLC, a listed company on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
An alumnus of Nalanda College, Colombo, Mr. Perera holds a Master of Business Administration (USA), a Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying (UK), and a Diploma in Professional Gemmology from the National Gem and Jewellery Training Institute of Sri Lanka. He is also a licensed professional in cost-effective building technology, accredited by the National Engineering Research and Development Centre of Sri Lanka (NERD).
Beyond construction and real estate, Mr. Perera’s expertise spans capital markets, agriculture, tourism, and various other industries. He has established himself as a successful investor and entrepreneur, continually expanding his influence across multiple sectors.
Iresha Dissanayake serves as the Executive Director of Agtra Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting and finance. Her expertise spans both private and government sectors, enabling her to provide strategic leadership and insight across the organization.
Currently, Mrs. Dissanayake holds director positions in two subsidiaries, Ceylon Cinnamontra (Pvt) Ltd and Cinnamontra Lake Resorts (Pvt) Ltd. Prior to her current role, she served as an Executive Director at Myland Developments PLC, a listed company on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Mrs. Dissanayake began her professional journey at Ernst & Young, honing her skills in accounting and auditing. Her solid foundation facilitated a successful transition into senior finance roles within notable listed companies such as Hunters & Company PLC and Colombo Dockyard PLC. Her diverse experience also includes valuable contributions to various government institutions, enriching her understanding of financial operations across multiple sectors.
Academically, Iresha holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Kelaniya and a Bachelor of Business Management (Accountancy) Special Degree from the same university. She is also a partly qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
